At Glasgow Archers we do things a little different.

Towards the end of Covid a hero arose and his name was Captain Sausage. Initially distributing savory snacks (pigs in blankets) to cold and soggy archers, this grew into so much more.

Since those dark days, he has served up 10 varieties of sausage in baguettes, lamb chops, two different soups and even home made hamburgers. There has been four, five and even six different condiments and freshly ground caf has been distributed to his inner circle. Admittedly the peasants, like Geo, get instant.

However, we are in what passes for summer here in Scotland. So today, things went in a different direction and a new option was added to the repertoire .. Ice cream cones along with 3 flavours of toppings and that ultimate topping for an ice cream in the UK ... the Cadbury flake. The legendary 99.

We fear he might be thinking about purchasing a van to expand his culinary experimentation further. Can Captain Sausage's Snack Shack be far away?
